! Looking for artist to hire/commissioners !

I've written a story about the Vocaloids (and a few Fanloids) 
This mainly features Rinto Kagamine. 
(this "outfit" will be used in my story This child )

Im looking for someone whom is happy to help me with the story, I'm looking for one drawing per chapter. 
(It has 10 chapters and yes it's completed) 

Ideally I'd like a different artist for each chapter but I'm not picky <3

Please don't leave me journals saying that you will do 60+ dollars for one image, I'm looking for 10 drawings and more, I can't spend that much on one single book.
